I purchased my 2018 Elantra at BC and in the beginning, oil changes took 3-5 hours--ridiculous! However, since then they have done an excellent job of reworking the service department. I drive up from Laurel (about 3 hours) so I can keep the 250,000 mile warranty in play and they always make sure I am out the door in less than an hour. Service after the sale is what keeps customers like me coming back as repeat customers. Well done BC Hyundai service department!😃👍
