My girlfriend bought a Mazda suv TWO WEEKS AGO... and they cannot find the title papers to send in for her to get a TAG..... called and called with nobody knowing nothing about her title... They get their money they are through with you... even the owner needs a swift kick in his rear
I give them 5 stars we bought our second car from them Thursday never had a problem at service Dept. Yes they are busy and it takes awhile but you have tv ,drinks popcorn candy better than sitting at Dr office and staff is so friendly and helpful!!
I wish I could give it less of a star. If you want a dealership that does EXACTLY what you ask them not to do. This is your place. We have been told 5 different time when we can get our vehicle .... And we still dont have it. Even though they have our money. We test drove our car on Saturday was told to come get it on monday, here it is Tuesday afternoon 3:30 and we still dont have it. I will never buy another car from Barnes Crossing Mazda. They screwed me over on initial interest rate - my bad for not reading closer before signing - but all attempts at service over the last 5 years have been a cluster f×#$ at best and non-existent mostly due to their complete lack of communication or interest.
Had to give 1 star because it doesn’t give the option for 0 stars. We have bought 3 vehicles from here and will not buy another one. They don’t stand behind the warranty and then are very difficult to deal with in getting your vehicle fixed.
I just want to thank Jason Brockman. He went out of his way to find me on facebook to return a very special softball to my daughter that was left in our lease from Ohio. If this is the customer service they provide I may be taking a long drive to buy my next car!!
