Matt is amazing. I've been seeing a chiropractor for almost 20 years. He has helped me tremendously with my migraines that I get from my neck and back. He is unique because he is the first chiropractor that helps me help myself. He helps me understand how the muscle can relax at home and helps that muscle relax before he adjusts. I Absolutely recommend Barnes Chiropractic! When I was just about 42 weeks pregnant with my last child my midwife suggested going to a chiropractor to help move labor along. Dr. Matt Barnes didn't hesitate getting me in that afternoon! He was caring, understanding and I felt so much better! Stress, anxiety and soreness was relieved.
