Literally the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. The crust is horrible. If it weren’t for the crust, it might be good.

One of your cashier's needs to go. Every time she spoke it was with a mumble and not even bothering to look at me, no smile, it was loud in there so every time she said something I had to say I'm sorry I can't hear you, it's loud, she got all nasty and repeated herself with a nasty look on her face and talked to me like I was stupid. We have been die hard Barnaby's customers for over 25 years and I can't believe I am saying this but we will NEVER eat there again. Over the weekend, we picked up a raw pizza! It was clearly not cooked enough and no one cared. I called twice and was told the Manager was too busy to come to the phone and he probably wouldn't call me back. I drove 25 minutes to take the pizza back and stood there with the box at the order window for 6 minutes before asking someone to assist. How can you charge 30$ for a medium pizza and 10 chicken wings. Barely any meat on the bone. I’ve been going here for 15+ years and I won’t be returning new staff or not still bad service. Food doesn’t even cover for it anymore. Btw the marinara sauce from Trader Joe’s is a great sub for making your own spaghetti at home when you get the craving for it.
