I went in and was prescribed some tests. I went round and round between the Drs. office and the testing supplier as to whether my insurance would cover the test. NO ONE would help me...especially this office. I had a follow up appointment (3 months later...3 MONTHS), but there was nothing to follow up because I could never get the tests done after 3 months of trying so I called to reschedule. My family and I have been patients of Dr Hines for years now. His level of care is second to none. He doesn’t just treat you like a number, but like a member of the family.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Hines as my new primary physician. After the consultation, I’m certain I am in good hands with a Dr who has my best interests in mind. I like the fact he treats the body as a whole entity. He was kind, professional, and focused on my situation unlike so many others I’ve seen who seem to always be in a great hurry to get patients in and out.
