Canceled my emergency appointment while their phone was unable to receive calls conveinently. Then told me my only option was to wait another week even though I never agreed for them to cancel my appointment. Called in morning and she said they didn’t replace my appointment but that it was unavailable……. Long story short if you take your health seriously, don’t come here or rely on any appointment you make. They’ll change it whenever they want and won’t respond

This place is useless. Do not try this place. I recommend going to North Hudson Community Action Corporation on palisade ave and ferry st. They take walkins

I checked with them multiple times whether they are in-network for my insurance including when booking the appointment, and then again when I arrived for the appointment. They confirmed every time they take my insurance yet it turns out they were out of network and I was charged fully for the clinic bill. When I called them to confront them about 'No surprises act', they evaded all responsibility and never connected me to the supervisor saying they were busy.

Money hungry. It was just an annual checkup and I made sure everything the Dr Patel recommended me to check would be covered by my insurance, calling back and forth with the Dr and insurance company. All the tests from the check-up were covered, however, they charged me over $200 for the results visit that I went back a week later as the doctor told me to do so.
