Horrible! I tried giving this place another chance. The short Spanish lady who brings you into the room was rude and unhelpful. She also didn’t take my blood pressure the correct way. The wait times to see the doctor are unreasonably long. I waited 45 minutes to be seen and waited an additional 30 minutes for blood work. I should add that the waiting room was empty so why the long waits? I will never return to this place!

Don't even bother. Tried to make a first time appointment. After being on hold for 15 minutes, they finally picked up. I was told I'd need to call back when I asked for 20 seconds to go grab my insurance card from my wallet. Apparently their time is important but mine isn't.

My doctor is lovely, but the office employees demonstrate sadistic behavior and should be fired or banned and sent to mandatory in-depth sensitivity training. They seem to enjoy harassing the vulnerable. 1 star UPDATE: There are new doctors and staff members. They are courteous and organized. 4 star. Canceled my emergency appointment while their phone was unable to receive calls conveinently. Then told me my only option was to wait another week even though I never agreed for them to cancel my appointment. Called in morning and she said they didn’t replace my appointment but that it was unavailable……. Long story short if you take your health seriously, don’t come here or rely on any appointment you make. They’ll change it whenever they want and won’t respond
