The decor is quite modern with stone textured walls and wooden tables which are arranged neatly. A truly unique experience.

A life changing meal! Barley Swine is one of the best meals I’ve ever experienced. Each course is unique in its own right and builds in flavor. Their ability to layer in ingredients like masa, salsa macha, kimchi jam, and chili oil to create a sum product much greater than their parts is astounding. Their Michelin star shines through with every dish. Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this tasting menu. I highly recommend the shishito dumplings as an add on!

Finally, a tasting menu that doesn't disappoint. Not a single miss on our 9 course menu, and the cocktails breaking all space and time. You ever had an onion cocktail and it be the greatest drink you've ever had?! This may be the best restaurant I've visited in Texas, with Olamaie up there as well.
I sat at the bar as a single diner. I had an enjoyable experience watching the chefs and wait staff in action. The wait staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list. I had a lovely evening out celebrating my birthday! I will return !
