Huevos con cream or braised pork belly tapas, fine food in casual, friendly atmosphere!
I went there for my birthday, I was very excited as I've been looking for a spanish tapas place to go to. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food, especially the tortilla, it was more of an omelette, I didn't see the potatoes in it. Also, the octopus we ordered was bland. However, we tried the blood sausage tapa with the bean puree. That was delicious! And the drinks were good too!
We've celebrated two special occasions here with a group of 10 friends and both times we were so impressed with the food and impeccable service! We opted for the pre fixe menu which included several different types of tapas, paellas, and desserts for a set price per person. The service was seemless; we did not have to ask for anything, it all just arrived beautifully. I would definitely recommend!
Not sure about all the negative reviews. Had lunch there yesterday and everything was great. Food was delicious. Had the Barlata paella, Gambas, pork belly, and Jamon bread tapas and they were all delicious! Service was fast, our waiter was great and my wife and I also had a craft of sangria which had a lot of alcohol, enough for me to be buzzed the rest of the afternoon. Also had the goat cheese cheesecake which was awesome while listening to some Gypsy Kings music! Two thumbs up!
Great ambiance, great food, great service! I highly recommand this place. We go there from San Antonio & the Rio Grande Valley.
