The personal treatment was not right. My wife was called by this office and told that they took our insurance. They set the appointment. We came. Following the initial appointment THEY said that they would call us back when our insurance apporoved the study. THEY called us with the good news (after about 2 to 2.5 weeks) that we were approved. I wouldn't be surprised if every sleep study she does results in a diagnosis of sleep apnea & sent out the door with a cpap machine that she doesn't tell you that you will be leasing it for an exhorbitant amount...you get that surprise a month later. THEN to top it off, when I asked for a copy of the CPAP RX so I could obtain a Cpap machine on my own -she refused and wanted me to sign a form stating that I was refusing to be compliant in my care and she would no longer see me. DO Not Use this business! I went for consultation 10/3/23. They were going to get with my insurance and find out what I needed to do to have study done. as of 8/2/24. I have called several times and on;y talked to someone twice. They never call back. Charged me $130.00 which was my copay. The one time I did get a hold of someone, she said the assistant in the back dropped the ball. Called today , and as usual no one answers and go to voicemail.
