RecommendedHad an emergency issue. The receptionist was friendly and communicative. Orlando arrived within an hour and fifteen minutes (there was no immediate leak or running water that needed to be taken care of) and had everything under control quickly and back in working order. I would definitely hire them again in a pinch and ask for Orlando.
From the moment I talked to the woman who answered the call to the technician who came out to inspect the water heater(s), it was professional all the way. The most reasonable service call charge ever...I will call them again in the future and will recommend them to my clients (I'm a RE agent) as well...Job well done!
I was very impressed with how professional everyone was and that from the phone call to the end they were courteous and helpful. The added touch of attaching the service representatives picture to the email confirmation was wonderful. This company is beyond GREAT... Lived in Brea for 30 years. Used other plumbers on the past and hands down Baker and Sons is the best.. We will always use Baker and Sons at home and at our business.

I had a slab leak on a Friday night, needless to say I was distraught. I called several other plumbers and had one come out it was not a good experience. Awesome experience getting a leak repared on our barbecue. Also, found out about their two and a half year service and loyalty program which sounds like a great deal for 6 cents a day.
