Professional and Wonderful In an age where service is a dying breed (no pun intended), Bark N Bubbles has proven itself to be an incredible business. The owner, Linda, is a wonderful woman with a terrific personality and an extensive knowledge of grooming. In the five months that I've been going there, I've never received anything less than incredible service.
Terrific non-smoking establishment I just picked up Jewel from Bark N Bubbles, and I personally made sure there are no smokers in the establishment. The owner, Linda, is a non-smoker, as is the other groomer -- and there is definitely no smoking taking place in there. If there had been, Jewel and I would be going elsewhere. As for the haircut itself, it was definitely what I was hoping for. Pictures don't lie This is what happened to my friend's dog after she picked her up from Bark-n-bubbles January 3rd, 2009, without even an apology from the groomer. In fact, she was told to leave the store and had to call the vet to find out how to stop the bleeding. The groomer didn't even dress the dog's wound. That seems not only unprofessional to me but shows an uncaring groomer who is obviously in the wrong profession. I would definitely not take my dogs to this place nor recommed it to my worse enemy! Consummate professional It's rare to find such a courteous and professional groomer as Linda. She's great with the animals, and the only time that I've ever seen her get rattled was when a customer came to pick up their dog half an hour early and the woman proceeded to go on a rambling tirade. To her credit, Linda didn't even charge the woman for grooming, despite the fact the woman was being rude and abrasive. Couldn't be better!! I have been going to Linda for the past 15 years and I know her to be a wonderful honest and very caring person. She truly loves animals and rescued many dogs and cats herself. She is a terrific groomer and takes great care to see that the dogs are well cared for.Please take your beloved pet to Linda and you will be pleasantly surprised at the professional and caring way she handles your pet. A terrific person Linda Kane has taken care of our family's animals for the past 25 years. She is the kindest, most wonderful person and has an incredible love of animals. Linda has the patience of a Saint, does a beautiful job on our cats and dogs (we have 7), and even helps us by noticing little things that might need medical attention. bark-n-bubbles is top notch I just returned home with my baby Dodger. This place is top notch. It was his first time to a regular grooming place, we take him to the vet usually. They did an excellent job. Lily was his groomer and she said he did great and I know she did a great job, cause he was happy and chipper when i picked him up. They love their clients and you can really tell it. Would recommend to anyone I meet.
Dog still bleeding..Nightmare experience under new Management! Linda is HORRIBLE! We had a nightmare experience. She cut our dog well past her quick & actually brought her out bleeding all over her floor. She didn't even bother to stop the bleeding & told me not to put my dog in the car yet? THE BEST DOG GROOMER I'VE FOUND Bark 'n Bubbles always does a wonderful job on our dogs. The staff love dogs. They do first class work and their prices are reasonable. My dogs are never stressed out when I pick them up. They never cut my dogs. One of the best, if not the best dog groomers in Texas. R. Cummings
