Took my dog today. Third time they have kept him for hours and not done the services I paid for. Rude and unapologetic! I gave them a second and third chance. NO more! Most unprofessional place ever. They used to be the best.

Bryce did an extra amazing job on my Japanese Spitz, Boötes! She brushed her, blew out all the extra fluff, washed her, lightly trimmed her, brushed her teeth and pampered her. When I picked Boötes up she was as soft as a bunny and I keep getting Oh My Gosh she's so beautiful comments from everyone. Even the Vet asked how long do I brush her to get her that soft. 😍Thank you again Bryce!
