Uncaring office staff, no follow up calls, medicine prescribed for my cat that shouldn't be given to cats, 2 day delay in faxing the pain prescription, vet failed to feel stomach tumor that emergency vet found one week later. When I called to say my cat was getting worse I was told to take her to 1st Pet Emergency in 2 days if she wasn't better because my vet only works 3 days a week and the other vet was booked up. Very poor management and care.
We recently had to bring our sweet dog Nicholas in to say Goodbye. The staff was extremely kind and compassionate. The comfort room was a blessing, a very comforting atmosphere with time allowed for a private goodbye. The care they have for animals shows when you walk in the door. Today we received the sweetest condolence card signed by the staff that day, and a sweet imprint of his paw. I treasure your care and thoughtfulness, and this precious card will be amount my keepsakes. Thank you.
