Price is fair but the Vet was rude.
Be careful on surgical procedures..they will do things you did not authorize then charge you
With the NEW EXTENDED HOURS our Rescue group (HART) is able to take ALL of our business to this premiere clinic! We love the staff, the vibe, the cleanliness of the clinic, and the professionalism displayed from the time you walk in until you leave. One stop shopping if you need pet food (next door) or need doggie day care (also next door).... you won’t ever consider going elsewhere even if you don’t live close by!!!!
They are great with my dog (awesome Vets and Techs) BUT anytime my Mother or I call the front office can't answer ANY questions. AT ALL. Am I going to be charged for an after surgery recheck? Which vet will my dog be seeing? How much is my dogs medication refill going to cost? NADA! NO answers! 'its not on my computer'. Can you not figure it out? One of the front office ladies is super nice and the other one just isn't friendly AT ALL. She actually borders on the edge of rude. Taking your animal to the Vet is expensive enoug... read more
I wanted to take a moment to say Thank you to the Dr. and wonderful staff at Bark Avenue. I had to make a tough decision to put my dog of 18 years to sleep. It was a rough day but the staff made it much easier. They have a special room decorated like a living room. The sweet nurse, doctor and I all sat on floor with my sweet old dog. There was no rush and they were so kind. I had contemplated having it done in my home but opted this route. I take my other 2 dogs here so I knew it was a special group of people.
