I had to say goodbye to one of my kitties today and I highly recommend Bark Avenue. I took him to them about 2 weeks ago because I knew his time was nearing and they were very compassionate. The vet said we could give him a steroid shot so he might feel a little better and my granddaughter would have a chance to say goodbye. Today is a hard day but it was made so much easier by the staff and the peaceful surroundings. We love the pet hospital. Never had a bad experience. We’ve had an emergency at 455pm, they could not take us but told us where to go and coordinated everything before our arrival. We recently lost a puppy and needed help to figure out next steps. They were very helpful and sympathetic as we made plans for our beautiful girl. We have four dogs and make regular trips there for shots. I have nothing but kind words for the service and care given to all six dogs that have visited there.
Excellent staff care and responsiveness. Our dog seemed very content and well taken care of. Highly recommend Bark Avenue
Thank you for the compassion while we had to say goodbye to our family member. They have a great room and system and I believe she was very comfortable at the end. For something so hard they made it less stressful.
i am a typical parent, my Dogs / Dogs are more important too me then anything and They need to be that important to my Vet. Dr. Ainsworth is my Vet, I have a Boxer, she has heart issues and is on meds. I sent several emails recently with regards to getting her meds etc... it is 7:20PM and Ryan just called to discuss with me. I LOVE THIS MAN AS DO MY DOGS AND I WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER VET AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY AND ALL!! Bark Avenue Hospital was a wonderful experience for our German Shepard. He had major surgery 1-1/2 years ago and has been nervous about seeing a vet since. Everyone at Bark Avenue put him at ease Instantly! He seemed very comfortable and relaxed during exam and bloodwork. I highly recommend taking your pet to this facility, they will get patient loving attention.
