A+++ Great service all the way around. Boarded our fur babies Emma and Teddy for 5 days and picked them up early on the 6th. Shawn and Kathy made us feel comfortable in leaving them and answered all of our questions clearly. The kennels are clean and also smell clean, climate controlled, spacious, and have a large viewing door so the dogs don’t feel secluded and the rooms have constant water available. We have taken our dogs here the last few years to get groomed and we are impressed everytime! Reasonable prices and friendly staff�
My pups love it here! When I drive to Bark Avenue and my dogs realize where we are going (they know the route by now) they get so excited they go sit by the car door and sit there and wait ready to jump out, so cute! I have 2 very active young heeler mix dogs. The owners know dog behavior very well and I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs with them. Our puppies actually look forward to going. We drive over 75 miles one way to take them there monthly. Worth the time and drive. Our boys have never looked better. The staff are always nice and friendly. Thank you Bark Avenue for everything.
Today was our first day for grooming at Bark Avenue! We brought in our 50 lb doodle and toy poodle puppy and they both look and smell amazing! Everyone was very kind and answered all of my questions throughly! We were impressed and will definitely become regulars here! Best place we have been in Tyler! ��Thank you!
