I was seen last nite by a great doctor amy potter she reminded me of my previous dr.Lis who is no longer there...so energetic and caring wish they all were like these two ladies
AVOID AVOID AVOID. For a long time I thought it was just me. It is not just me. These people will schedule an appointment, and then tell you to your face when you show up that you never had anything scheduled. You can show them the paper that has the date written on it - doesn't matter. Today was the final straw when they turned away my wife for the THIRD TIME. Her condition has been worsening, she is in pain, and now we have to seek out emergency alternatives the day before Thanksgiving. UNACCEPTABLE.

Have been to the ER here myself and sone more than a few times. They are always patient and well run, with an equal level of professionalism that I have received at the main Strong Memorial hospital, which we as a family have dealt with numerous times and are very familiar with.
