Cindi represented me in getting parental rights and visitation with my daughter. She helped me through the process, which included mediation. She fought for me harder than I would have for myself. She did not let me give in to what the other attorney wanted for his client. She and her staff realized how important it was for me to have a relationship with my daughter. The cost of her services were well worth the outcome.
Terrible!! And staff very rude!! Does NOTHING for you and takes all your money!!!! Has taken a whole year for my friends divorce that was a cut and dry divorce and cost almost $8000 and still isn't even final yet. They are liars! Sorry that I recommended my friend to her!!
I am in a custody battle with my ex. It's one thing to lose but when you give a lawyer 2500.00 and get no help it tears you up. Cindy was unprofessional as the staff. Never once fight for me. Really seemed has if she was on the other side from the start. Was glad to take my money but offered no services in return. PLEASE. DO not use her. You will be the next one on her writing a review.
I would highly reccomend her. Having to go through a divorce is tough. She and her staff helped me through a difficult situation with grace and dignity. While she was not available everytime I called, her staff was knowledgeable. If they could not answer the questions, they always set me up for a meeting with Cindy to discuss any concerns. Although it was a lengthy and expensive process I dont know how I would have gotten through it without her.
Terrible. Lawyer and staff very rude. Very condescending. Ignores questions and emails, so you have to ask them over and over again, then charge you for each email. Lawyer talks about herself- her accomplishments, jobs she should have gotten, while charging you $300. per hr for talking about herself. Numerous grammatical errors and mistakes on facts in all documents, requiring that they be re-done over and over again, and you are charged for all of it. She will take all your money and won't get the job done. She drags it out and never takes it to court. She'll say anything from 12 to 18 months but I've heard a lot longer!! If you have 'money' she wants it ad will leave u broke! Never returns calls or emails and when she does your changed and will be rushed off the phone. She didn't work for me I seemed to work for her. In the end it cost upwards to 15 grand use bill Kelly or better
CBG was recommended by a friend who said she was a great family attny. She was not. My step-daughters divorce case has dragged on an on for over two years with no results other than CBG drained her bank account. Getting a hold of her was next to impossible with 90 percent of contact passed on to her paralegals. CBG would answer 1 in ten e-mails and charged for each one.
