RecommendedDinner tonight was amazing. It was their first night back open for dine-in and it was the safest and cleanest restaurant we’ve been in since things started opening back up. We love Bare Bones. The food is always amazing, no matter what you order. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and makes sure that everything is as ordered. We have dined here personally and have also taken large groups for work events, and have always been extremely pleased. The managing staff and owners are fantastic and take great care of both their customers and staff. Highly recommend!
We ordered the carry out lunch special! Everything we ordered was fantastic including fried catfish, pot roast and great sides!
Just ordered a pick up for my anniversary. Specifically asked that my wife’s steak was well done. I asked the server three separate times. Well we picked up our food and when my wife cut into her steak it was pink in the middle. Now I wouldn’t normally have an issue, but when we called back to ask what could be done to remedy the issue they said a manager would call us back. Absolutely ridicolous customer service! Ordered a WELL done steak and received MEDIUM, was told to put it in the oven for 5 minutes. I didnt just spend $30 on a steak to have to cook it myself!! Trying to support small buisness during this time of need and this is how I get treated! Was not offered a refund or even a credit towards a future purchase!!!! Will NOT be returning!!
