RecommendedWe decided to go to dinner at the last minute with no reservation and not realizing that it was prom season. The staff did everything that they could to accommodate us where other places would probably have turned us away. I enjoy Bare Bones every time I go. The steak is delicious and our waiter Enrique is outstanding.
Nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. The waitress recommended the onion rings which were a little odd with a very light sweet batter reminiscent of donuts. We didn’t get the prime steak but should have as I can cook a better steak at home. Our friends loved their prime ribeyes. We had the insalata caprese and expected the typical stacked buffalo mozzarella, tomato and basil. Instead it was a regular salad with strips of mozzarella and tomatoes. Went here with Dana and friends last night and it was fantastic! The best steaks we have had in ga. A must for meat lovers. We will be dining here again.

Amazing service, great atmosphere, incredible drinks...and the steaks are incredible.
The food was very good but beware of the casual up-sell by the server. I was surprised when the check came that the recommended topping for my chicken was an additional $12!! I told the server that I would have at least expected a little heads up on the cost and she sent the manager over. His attitude was basically "sucks to be you" since it is on the menu. We will not return. There are several other places in Buford with a more honest front staff.
