I have always had fantastic experiences with your office and all of your staff. Dana is such a wonderful hygenist, which is why I specifically make my appts with her only. I fully understand being out for medical leave and I wish her a speedy and painless recovery. I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know that Dana was out and if it would be okay for someone else to clean my teeth or if I would like to reschedule my appt.
