Totally unprofessional billing dept that ignores payments from my insurance and my copay and keeps asking for more!!!!!!
If I could give them a zero I would. Medicare or my insurance would cover the payment they sent to collections.
Should be an option to give zero stars. They do not send bill to insurance for months and keep sending bills.
If I could give zero stars , i would. Have been on the phone for months about incorrect billing. They don't respond to the insurance company. their NAIC code is invalid. Frustrating
