Didn’t know eye appointments take 2 hours. The place was empty, 1 person who was in the back already, and it still took an hour and a half for my daughter to be seen. I got glasses from here and after returning several times to get them fitted properly to my head they still just fall off. Would not recommend wasting your time.
Bard Optical made glasses for me that were so defective as a result of poor workmanship, that they caused me two years of double vision and migraine headaches. I had numerous tests including an MRI of my brain to make sure that there was not a tumor that was causing my double vision and headaches. Finally my orthoptist tested not only my eyes but also my glasses and found that the cause of these significant problems was the glasses. great people to work with. I take my whole family here and they remember who we are any time we walk in the door. Prices are comparable with everyone else in the area. Friendly service and up front pricing. Would recommend to anyone.
Very deceptive. Lied about an exam deal to get us in the door then charged triple their quote. No managers would not return calls. Many hours of time wasted. Even corporate would not return calls.BEWARE
