I called in an off chance someone would be available to cut my hair. I went from super long to a short inverted bob! I have SUPER THICK ASIAN HAIR. Jessica Hope had an open time slot. I had not met or talked with Jessica previous to this appointment (I mentioned in the phone to the receptionist that I have thick hair) and she did an AWESOME job! I love it. She uses razor techniques to cut and was able to prevent me from having a "bowl" cut or helmet cut! Thanks so much Jessica!
