Barclays just finished custom designing a solitaire 4 carat lab cut wedding ring for my wife. Geoffrey at Barclays was highly skilled, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process which resulted in a beautiful ring after several consultations over the course of a few weeks. We learned a lot throughout this time and are very happy with the final product. Would highly recommend their design services.

Recently had a ring repaired at Barclay’s Jewellers. Very pleased with the repair of the ring and excellent communication and service at Barclay’s. Natasha was great in deciding on the right setting. I would highly recommend Barclay’s!

I was in the store to have a gold bracelet evaluated and a minor repair effected. I also returned for further assistance. I was initially served by Lena and later, only briefly, by Danielle. Both persons gave me courteous, friendly service. Lena was exceptionally helpful and kindly showed me around the shop. There is an array of outstanding jewellery on offer. I highly recommend.

I recently had a ring resized at Barclay's and when I went to pick it up found a significant alteration had been mdw to the ring. I did not discuss it with them at the time, but did go back the next day as I was quite unhappy about it. I am glad to say Danielle handled it extremely professionally. She made sure she understood my concern, told me she would get back to me with options later in the day which she did. The staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. I was advised on the cost of the repair, estimated time for completion. The rings look like New! I am a very happy customer.
