Barclay’s went above and beyond to help with the specific engagement ring I was looking for. I wanted a pink morganite stone for the center. I found a ring I loved so they brought in several gems for me to choose from for my ring. I didn’t like the matching wedding band so one was designed for me. It is stunning and absolutely perfect for me

I'm honestly still upset about how they ruined my mother's wedding ring. It was a pink gold ring which needed resizing. They used the wrong gold and then rhodium plated over the pink gold with yellow which I didn't want and didn't ask for. They then "fixed" it by sanding the rhodium off, leaving the ring scratched and beat up looking. There is still rhodium plating around the prongs and in the corners which they couldn't sand off, so the ring doesn't look the same at all.
