Maribel made the application and move in process SO EASY for me. This is my second time on a lease but the first time by myself and I was so happy to see it would only be $525 to move into a one bedroom apartment. She did great during the tour as well she definitely deserves a raise!!
One of the worst places I have lived. Maintance on the whole thing is much needed. They do the bare minimum with every fix. When it came time me to move out after having enough and finding someone to take over my lease takes forever for them to process anything, and after I get it transfer it takes them 9 days to draft the money for rent so it doesn't go through, and when I try to get on right away to pay it because of course they are charging daily even though it was their mistake, I can't long on anymore.
