The Staff is great! They helped me a LOT to make my move-in easy!!
So many issues, where to start? First, the property was great until Vesta took over management from Case Associates. Since that transition well over a year ago, the property has declined and gone into disrepair. Staff is incapable, unprofessional, and generally does not care about tenants. I've been lied to about the reason for work orders not being addressed and even totally ignored, receiving no replies to emails. I can't say enough about the maintenance man I am sorry I don't know his name. But he did a wonderful job. Cleaning the water that was every where to installing to cleaning up afterwards. Thank you. And please thank him again.
New entry 09/09/2025 appreciate them getting my apartment fixed reasonable time having a good maintenance man on call. Hoping the next year will be great to live here at Barcelona Apartments. place I live at is okay for now, but they continue to not get major repair done in quickly matter. Like breezeway roof is badly damage by weather, because it is leaking on stairs and top units ceiling and resident told management about these thing many time. These apartments are terrible. Not only do they constantly upcharge with unnecessary fees, but the living conditions are disappointing. Our unit smells bad, and at night there’s no proper lighting outside — you’ll need your phone flashlight just to get to your door safely. Maintenance is another nightmare. You have to call multiple times, and even then, there’s no guarantee anyone will actually show up to fix the problem. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
