I have been living here for 1 year and some change and it’s absolutely disgusting here always problems left and right. We moved into an apartment and less than a week later our shower was leaking and it turned to black mold instantly. We were moved to a different apartment across the hall and it is roaches infested we have cleaned constantly and complained and they barely lift a finger in very close to complain to the housing authority to shut this hell hole down. I love living here it’s so quiet! However the outside lighting is poor , as is the parking lot pavement.
I lived here for almost 4 years. I should’ve left two weeks after wood damages done to the department and never repaired. I hounded them for over three years and never once they come in and fix the damage. I’m sure it was black mold caused under the damage and that’s why they did not want to repair it, there were several other storms that did damage to other parts of buildings And never once repaired.
