These apartments are terrible. Not only do they constantly upcharge with unnecessary fees, but the living conditions are disappointing. Our unit smells bad, and at night there’s no proper lighting outside — you’ll need your phone flashlight just to get to your door safely. Maintenance is another nightmare. You have to call multiple times, and even then, there’s no guarantee anyone will actually show up to fix the problem. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
I just don't feel SAFE here anymore and that's the WORST feeling to carry. Vesta don't keep enough security for their tenants, parking lot like constantly not working like NOW it's pitch black .Homeless people constantly outside our door ,they breaking into mailboxes and yet they've done NOTHING to protect their tenants. I STRONGLY DISLIKE this complex .It never use to be this way ,how about you Vesta managers and owner live here fir one month and you will see how crappy this place is .
The model smelled of cigarette smoke and the lady giving the tour played it off as the AC. If you have family or friends going with you to look they take all of your ids. It was just an uncomfortable experience for all of us that were touring. The girl giving the tour was also not the most professional or pleasant to speak with.
Horrible horrrible horrible place!!!! Not only do the roaches infest every thing in your unit you will get charged for pest control every month and you will not see pest control in your unit once. The homeless people have taken over our property they go through all the trash cans sleep in the tenants cars, steal things from patios, and cars. Tenants have had workers enter there unit with no permission and turn the camera out of focus. The pool is NEVER open and the last time it was open there was a DEAD BAT floating in it wh... read more
Severe Health and Safety Hazards — Not Worth the Cost This property presents multiple serious concerns that make it an unsafe and unsanitary place to live. There is an extreme mold contamination issue, as well as a significant roach infestation both inside the units and throughout the exterior of the property.
