RecommendedThe manager and the staff were so nice and they make me feel welcome. I really love this place and look nice and affordable.
So I have lived here for 6 years, and the complex either has new investors or owners that are investing in the complex (major renovations), but their new management company (Karya), is less than desirable. I have complained before about the ability to pay rent, which they disclose some payment methods require a fee (I am okay with that), until the service fee is $5 per $100 of rent. Things are getting better since new management .It is in a great location, super clean and modern. Pet friendly and very welcoming.The property is well maintained and no noisy neighbors .I feel very comfortable here.
I absolutely loved this community. Management is great, with outstanding customer service.
I would tell everyone "Do not rent from these people " The whole team is incompetent,need to all be fired! I have had bed bugs for 6 wks,been sleeping on the floor, yesterday they turned away the guy who sprays....because of incompetence! I gave them my key a month ago,they lost it. Last chance to spray before my furniture arrives in 4 days. Horrible neighbors,dogs barking constantly, kids screaming outside my bedroom window. I like my apartment itself. Lack of landscaping in some areas. I hate the fact that you can't control the AC, and worse it doesn't even cool (even with the new huge AC unit). My apartment was not completed when given to me, I still have a paint issue on my wall and have been here 6 months. I like what they're trying to do with the remodeled apartments; I got all new appliances, flooring and fixtures, but cover up the rest with paint.
