I recently visited this store and i am a regular customer and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member, Sakshi, was quite rude and did not handle my order properly. She left the box open, causing everything to spill, and my burrito was ruined. On top of that, there were no cutlery or utensils provided. I was also charged more than usual, which added to my frustration. I hope the management looks into this issue to ensure a better experience for customers in the future
Ordered the veggie burrito and the food along with the service was the best around the area. The service was so polite, kind and genuine, was quick and easy with the menu.
