The two ladies working there are never welcoming at all. It always feels like they are unhappy to be there. They don’t even acknowledge their customers. I got a veggie burrito bowl with falafel. That’s my go to order. Today, the falafel tasted half cooked and I called to provide feedback but the lady on the call wasn’t receptive to it and instead hung up on me while I was talking.
