I am extremely disappointed and concerned about my experience at this establishment. The original price of my purchase was $13.99, and the tax was $1.82, making the total $15.81. However, I was ultimately charged $18.97, meaning an additional $3.16—approximately 20%—was added to my bill as a tip. I did NOT select or authorize this tip, and no one informed me that a gratuity would be automatically added. Terrible service.. they give everything in less quantity!
It was our first time here and we had absolutely no idea how it works or what to choose. The staff was amazing: even though it was pretty quiet, they took their time, patiently explained everything, and gave us perfect recommendations!The ingredients were super fresh and we used the daily special, which was really fairly priced. The portions were just right for us (not huge, but definitely filling). Thanks to their great help, it tasted delicious. We will definitely come back for the excellent service!
Bhavna was terrible at customer service.!! When I ask for sour cream she told me burrito bowl only comes with 2 sauces which was very surprising for me. Second thing in value bar bowl I asked her to swap protein with rice but she didn’t do it. So I only get half scoop of beans and rice for 5.99. Please check the photo before u buy anything here they don’t even fill half of the container. This happened on June 12 2026 around 7:30 Pm.
