Stopped by BarBurrito Niagara Falls hoping for a solid veggie burrito. What I got? A sad little tortilla barely holding together three beans, two strips of pepper, and enough rice to feed a toddler. Absolutely disappointed with my visit to BarBurrito. The service was horrible from the moment I walked in. The staff had a terrible attitude — no greeting, no smile, just pure arrogance like they were being forced to work there. I asked for an item clearly listed on the menu and even saw it in stock behind the counter. But the staff rudely told me it was “out of stock” without even checking properly. Horrible to say the least. Bad attitude employees, slow service, poor quantity of toppings and straight up denying to prepare some food items which take long time.
Really poor experience at this Bar Burrito location. The service was incredibly slow and the staff wasn't friendly. On top of that, the burrito was noticeably smaller than what I get from other Bar Burrito branches—they definitely skimped on the fillings. The ingredients didn't seem fresh either. Not worth the money, I won't be back.
