Enjoyed the food here but the salsa and sour cream which I selected for my burrito and requested to be on the side in the request box was forgotten. Was disappointed when getting home and realizing it wasn't in the bag.
Worst customer service ever. Felt like paying money to get humiliated by the staff.

I’m really sad and disappointed. I ordered a veggie burrito but received a chicken one instead. I’ve been a pure vegetarian and I also have sensitivities to certain non-veg foods. I took one bite before realizing it, and it made me feel both physically uneasy and emotionally upset. Please be extra careful when preparing and labeling orders — such mistakes can cause serious allergic or emotional distress to customers who rely on vegetarian meals.
Paid 20 dollars for a "regular burrito" which is the size of a can of coke. Tipped the employee and didnt get a thank you
