Very disappointed with my recent experience at Bar Burrito. I drove about 20 minutes to the restaurant specifically to get takeout, arriving approximately 20 minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, I was told that the fryer had already been turned off and that they could not prepare my order. As a result, I had to leave without any food after making the 20-minute drive. My experience at burrito Bar was disappointing. The food was decent ( I’m Mexican ) but the service was some of the worst I’ve received. The staff seemed annoyed from the moment I arrived. When I asked about the types of salsas, they just pointed at a sign instead of explaining. I wish they’d improve their attitude, because the service leaves a lot to be desired.
Been coming here for years living close by and when I'm in the area I come back. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and they always offer great suggestions.
This is my go to spot and seems very disappointing after recent staff change as they are not welcoming and seems they don’t like working. I am writing this as I have experienced it in last couple months now but nothing changed. Staff is really horrible and I asked them to prepare my quesadilla with less veggies but seems the girl didn’t wanted to listen even after mentioning it for 4 times. Food is good but the staff and way of preparation has made this location worse now. Not sure if I’ll continue my visit.
