Hands down the best pork chop I have ever eaten in my whole life.
I was finally able to stop in today to check out Barb's Butchery and I was not disappointed. There were so many great cuts of steak that it was hard to decide, but I ended up going with the grass fed ribeye. We grilled it for dinner, with a simple rub, and it was seriously one of the best steaks I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer!!!

I had Kyle's Reuben Burger for dinner tonight and it was off the chain!!! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, too.
Not only are the products always first class. The service is stellar too!! Smiling, knowledgeable staff and a great neighborhood atmosphere. Love this place!
