RecommendedI haven't had a single thing that wasn't outstanding. The brisket, pulled pork, short ribs, and even the house made chips are so delicious, I would go for seconds if I had the room. Lowkey makes me wanna do a binge and purge like the Romans just so I can keep tasting it. Go eat local and treat yourself to the best $10 lunch in town.
This place is the best. The steaks are amazing and always so fresh. It is definitely worth it to spent the little bit extra for the huge upgrade in quality over the grocery store. Plus they cut it any way you want it. The best thing about Barb’s though, is the sausages. All kinds of delicious pork, lamb or chicken sausages. I had the best sandwich I have ever had in my 65 year life at Barb’s Butchery. I usually need to add condiments to add flavor to to what is delivered at other places. And I usually do not eat out much because my wife’s meals are so much better than what we get anywhere else. We have also bought steak, a roast, and sausage there. Every item we have bought has been excellent.

We ordered a grass-fed four-bone prime rib for an early Christmas dinner with my family, and it was quite possibly the greatest piece of meat I have ever had the pleasure to cook. I cannot recommend this local butcher enough!
