I just went in at 4:40 and was told they cut new patients off at 4:30. 10 mins really all becuz paperwork. Well I guarantee you I could have that paperwork filled out before they even called me back. I Will NOT go back. Apparently they don't like doing their job !!! An urgent care that turns away sick individuals becuz apparently they don't care!!
Very fast and professional. Felt better within 12 hours after trying to fight it for 2 weeks.

I took my daughter in yesterday and when we checked in as my 10 yr old daughter was standing beside me the receptionist and I use that word lightly started making fun of my daughters name in front of her. Not only was my daughter sick but was being made fun of because of her name. Very very unprofessional. My daughter began crying and said I've never been bullied by an adult about my name. I brought my husband in yesterday evening and it was a great visit even tho he has a severe ear infection and bad sinus infection Julie our dr was amazing she always puts a smile on my face no matter the situation :-)
Use to be a nice place, now the people that take you back act like they know everything. ... Not even a nurse... Also the waiting room is to small and very dirty.
