VASTLY overpriced bath services. We called about out 85lbs short haired mix and they wanted $78 for a bath. Are you kidding me? You are paying your employees $15hr and this dog takes less than an hour to bath, trim, etc. $50-55 would be reasonable. We are paying $40 currently in Dallas and our groomer is moving locations. So you had a chance to win us over. But instead, at a time when everyone is hurting and you definitely have less work, you OVERCHARGE us.

First timer going to Pet Bar! Absolutely loved the customer service. Very cool that they have a monthly wash membership. I appreciated that they called me quickly after they were done grooming her! I will return, thanks so much :)

I love taking my dogs to Pet Bar the groomers and the owners are so wonderful don’t be fooled my bitter ex employees they will take care of your dog and leave them looking beautiful
