Every time that I go to this shop, there is an excessive wait beyond my scheduled time. Today I arrived a few minutes early for a 10:30 am appointment and was advised that my stylist was "a bit behind" After 35 minutes I was summoned, and a feeble apology followed. I was so angry that I was left waiting yet again that I cancelled. The staff at this shop needs to recognize that client time is valuable, especially on a work day and two manage their appointment book accordingly.
