All haircuts are by appointment only and easily scheduled from their website. I was concerned myself, but after arriving my concerns went away. Amazing place and people! I knew when the time came that it would be the place for my son to gets his first haircut. And today was that day:) I have been there before, and seen how well they treated their customers. everyone is always super friendly and accommodating. I was super nervous, but Mark and the team made it so comfortable for my son to have his first haircut experience. They were so sweet and even gave him a certificate. I love that place and would not think of taking him anywhere else.
this place is fantastic! young old, male, female - they take care of you! always an awesome cut and when you come - it's like visiting family!
