I went online to Barbera Website which I thought was trustworthy. On the chat, I made an appointment for a state inspection and oil change. The Barbera system website said I was confirmed for an appointment. I had a bad feeling about it, so I called to confirm. And as I suspected the service department had no record of the message/chat.
