Went in for a proper shave and eyebrow threading - had the absolute worst experience ever. Terrible method, no pre-shave products or shave cream applied. A horrible post shave spray used and some random moisturiser applied randomly. I asked for a wet shave which I assume should have the “hot towel” and the use of standard shaving cream etc or pre products but got nothing of that sort.
