Had my hair cut and couldn't be happier with the service I received, only 1 small issue is that Google Earth shows the wrong spot which was fixed with a phone call to their head office.
Waited for 30mins before I could get my hair cut wasted my lunch break waiting for a hair cut I didn't get. Need a better waiting system so you don't waste time
Tried them a couple of times. Staff is very rude and do not follow work ethics. Once, I had called to come and they agreed. When I arrived 10 minutes later they denied saying they are closed for new cuts. I requested and told that I had talked on the phone… but they had no apology or botheration to attend me. I heard about similar problems from other friends.
The guy cut my ear and it was bleeding - I didn't notice first and I realize it started to be painful. I then touched my ear I was like hey you cut my ear. He was like, oh it was ok. Wait, should I the customer tell you it was ok or not? And the guy was so arrogant as well, he told me I was so lucky to get cut because i didn't wait much. Absolutely terrible barber
