Barbara is one of the most caring psychologists I've ever received counseling from. She would always reply to my messages or emails in a timely manner and was always willing to accommodate to my work schedule, (which was in constant flux). She is very easy to reach. It's unfortunate she doesn't accept insurance. I was a bit hesitant about seeing a therapist who didn't accept insurance because of the cost but I was able to get reimbursed by my insurance company, Cigna, through my flex spending account.
Barbara is so incredible! She provides a safe, understanding and caring environment. She is perfect for even those who are apprehensive about seeking counseling, working with you on whatever you may need. Barbara provides dynamic counseling, from discussion to meditation to journaling and more.
