We have had our fair share of experience with fertility clinics around the country, as we have been going through IVF for many years. Unfortunately, many establishment/clinics will exploit a patient's vulnerable position; this is not the case with Shady Grove. Dr. Osborn and her team have not only surpassed the standard we have come to expect from other IVF clinics; they have gone well above and beyond in helping us build our family. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!!!

Completely lost my file. Went in for first step of follicle count. Dr. Osborn performed.. then she never followed up. I had to call multiple times. Finally they tell me they lost my file and I need to come back into redo this step. THEN they miraculous found my file again. I’m scheduled for next part of egg retrieval and then they cancel and say something FDA is closing their labs. This was after I just spoke with her one week prior. DO NOT SUPPORT! Dr. Barbara has been reported to medical board. BE WARE you might not get good care if your black or brown.

Have been trying for more than a year. Have gotten no progress. Everytime I get something they need one of the office people ha e called and said " no you must do this now" causing undo stress on me and my husband. Would not recommend. Very flawed system.

She did my transfer and was so thorough, kind, professional, smart, and explained everything. I’m a nurse and was beyond impressed with her.
