0 stars if it was an option. This lady is rude and unprofessional. Please read all the reviews before deciding her. I don't wish this mediator on my worst enemy. I saw red flags in the review and didn't listen.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Please read all the reviews before deciding on her for mediation. The only positive reviews are from attorneys who work with her and put more money in her pockets. She does not behave like a mediator should behave. She is not nuetral at all, and she does not create a safe space. She is bias towards the party that hires her and she will show it aggressively. She uses intimidation tactics to try to scare you into submission. This woman does not fit into what a mediator should be.
Barbara is a fantastic mediator! I have used her to mediate countless cases and she is able to relate to just about everyone and allows them to feel heard. I appreciate her hard work and dedication to help my clients reach a resolution.
Totally agree with all the negative reviews out here. My friend just walked out of her office crying. DO NOT go to her. She is a mean, arrogant human. She will add stress on top of what you are already going through. She is unprofessional, rude and attack you as if like you are the villain. She is clearly taking side and interrogating you and supporting the other party. Don’t pay her $450 to ruin you emotionally.
