Baramenco did a great job replacing my ducted air system. Craig gave me 4 quotes with different options to suit my need and also recommended MyAir system to go with Daikin. Nathan, the owner, also called me to explain the benefit of MyAir, which I finally decided to take up. My experience with Baramenco was above and beyond what I was expecting. In short, I highly recommend them. I sought out 3 quotes for 21-28kW of Airconditioning for my home. Baramenco was completive on price, but what set them apart and won them the job was the clear technical/knowledge and competence of the rep over others and that the quotations clearly outlined the agreed works. Highly recommended. Diagnosed a fault with our old air conditioning unit and explained options and risks if repairing. We decided to replace it. On the day after existing system was fully inspected, suggested a small change to plans to improve the existing solution (which was always partially disabled) which we are very happy with. Entire house is so much cooler now. There was a minor issue but this was quickly resolved the day after I reported it. They used drop sheets and house was clean at end of day.
Baramenco just replaced my old ducted air con with a new complete system. Communication was great, turned up on time, very professional, put drop sheets down and tidied up after the installation. Extremely happy with the whole process, can't recommend them enough.
Baramenco Air Conditioning attend my apartment yesterday (23/12/25) to diagnose a central AC issue during the busy Christmas period. From their admin support, Scott, to the technicians Lachlan and his partner on shift, everyone worked exceptionally well and communicated clearly throughout the process.
