Great food and music attentive bartenders and waitresses!
I have been to bar Louie many times, both la cantera and stone oak. From the beginning I have always loved the ambiance, food, service, and restaurant experience as a whole. Today though especially, I had to write a review, which I really don't do. I am in the restaurant industry myself and im usually trying to get reviews, not write them. Had the worst experience at Bar Louie's at Stone Oak, on Veterans Day. Waited over an hour for food, which then came to us cold. Ruined our evening. Won't be back. 0 Stars
The one good thing they have going for them is happy hour. The drink prices are excellent, however the service has been poor every time the last 5 times we have been there. We don't usually eat, just have cocktails but went today for the Veterans Day special. We were there an hour and 45 minutes and just ordered a cheeseburger and some hot wings. Bar tender Marcela is very disrespectful. She gossips about costumers, I find that very inappropriate. Not to mention the slow service.
If we had c a better waitress that didn't forget about us all the time and forget about our order it would have been perfect a night.
We had Jake from State Farm!!! Lol he was the greatest. Very attentive, very personable, suggested the best drinks, and made us laugh! Definitely coming back and asking for Jake!

Some friends and I met at Bar Louie last night. We enjoyed happy hour and $5 Tuesday burgers. We had a new waiter, Zack, who did a great job serving us. I have been here twice, love the food and drinks, and will be a repeat customer.
