Yesterday, June 6, 2017, my friend Rosa and I decided to go here for happy hour after work. We have been there several times and had great service and great food , but this time it was the worst experience ever. We ordered drinks, the flatbread and a burger and an hour later or more we still had not gotten our food. We asked for a manager and the manager never came to our table. Let's just say this place was half empty during a Spurs playoff game. Poor service, and the management didn't seem interested in resolving our experience.
Terrible terrible terrible. I've had some bad service experiences but I have to say this was by far the worst I've ever had. I'm not one to complain about minor things. Even if you make everything wrong I will still be a happy camper, but dear Lord almighty the attitude of everyone in this place was really something else. I ask you to please not waste your time, money or energy at this location of Bar Louie. Not only is the service horrible but the management clearly does not have any interest in keeping customers-talking about you James. If you are the franchise owner of this establishment I highly recommmemd you hire an entire new staff. While the service was ok, the ahi poke was far below sub-par. As in the texture was so off that it had to either be bad or thawed out incorrectly and then left out of the cooler (either way, not safe food prep). I won't be back, based not just off of my experience tonight but also due to the other poor reviews I've read that outweigh the good.

Terrible, just terrible! Long wait time when we were 1 of 2 tables in the whole place. Food quality and temp were poor. Server didn't take down our order right, OR didn't bother to verify with the kitchen before bringing out the order, after we asked where our food was, which was cold. She did not know the menu on simple questions. Worst service I've ever had in my entire life. Dirty tables everywhere.
I've been here before and haven't had any problems. That being said, this experience was horrible. We had a party of 7 at 2pm on a Friday. I'd say there was a total of about 15 people in the whole place. Service was slow, our waitress told us she was the only one scheduled and that management does it all the time. I ordered a beer and was brought the wrong one, and my husband's drink order was wrong. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks corrected.
