This was our second visit to this location. We sat down near the bar, well within the traffic zone of servers. We waited 15 minutes and my husband went to the bar to order our drinks. The bartender said he'd make our drinks & get a server for us. A young lady came and brought our drinks...another 10 minutes later a make server came out with a somewhat cocky attitudewity bad breath and took out order. The waitress was sad. She looked so tired. She even dropped a few glasses on a table near us. We had to ask for Napkins and utensils. The Chicken Nachoes had this orange sauce on them suppose to be cheese, it was gross. Our drinks were pure sugar. I had a Mango Margarita on the rocks..No I meant, Sugar on the rocks. I can't say enough about the management Angie, James and the service staff Josh and Victoria (day bartender I think that's her name) who helped make my Girls Night Out event super fun and enjoyed me last night. Angie was great to work with to set up my event. And James was there to help me set it all up. Josh was out server and he went above and beyond for my guests. Not great !!! Was so good years ago when they opened now the food is mediocre and the service is just horrible
My husband and I went last night for the first time and he a great experience! Waitress was nice, food came out promptly and I liked it that the manager came to our table to ask us how we were. The sangrea was amazing! Definitely going back!
This was the first time back in a long time - we used to go pretty regularly. Husband and I met for happy hour. Our waitress was horrible. We were at a table in front of bar - they weren't very busy. Take a long time to get serviced as what i've read most on the reviews. U guys need to improve on that- Customer service. 1st order-Manhattan was weak. told the waiter and i guess he told the Bartender to be not stingy on the alcohol. 2nd order was for 2-The New Old Fashioned with my brod in law -and this hit a home run.
