Definitely just received the worst service at this establishment. I have been a server for about 7 years and have never received service like this in a restaurant. My friends and I stopped in for lunch, it took us almost 20 minutes to come outside, my friend actually had to go in and get a server to come out... And then came our server Grace. Horrible. The food was awesome, great atmosphere, friendly staff and a great selection of wines, beers and cocktails. A place worth visiting.
Hosted a baby shower there on a busy Saturday (forgot about graduation groups coming to eat!) Place was super busy! We had about 20 guests and our waitress Lisa, was great! She had another section in addition to our group, so there was an above average wait for our orders, but she, and the rest of the staff, were so accomodating that it was a pleasure to be there! Will definitely put this on my list of go to places to eat with my family/friends!
No management whatsoever. Terrible service at the bar. Bartender picking mint leaves for ten minutes, talking about working out. Didn't care that i was a customer.
My mother made a reservation for 13, when we arrived they sat us at a table that maybe could sit 10. By the way we were one of three tables In the entrie place. I moved another table while entire wait staff watched me. First round of bloody Mary's was spilled all over my aunt and mother in law(accidents happen) but took 10 minutes for someone to mop it up and get towels to get mess out of purses clothes and shoes. 15 minutes no one looked at us sitting at the bar... 6 bartenders.
Sat at the bar it was not crowded and the service was terrible. We just had one drink and left would not even consider to try to order anything else. Will not go back at least at that location to many other choices around that area.
Talk about a place that takes care of you, this is the place. The service from the staff is second to none. This place knows what it means to provide service, the food is great and management understands what it takes to make people happy. I will continue to come here because of the service!
I was in charge of an awards luncheon for 25 ladies on Monday, Nov. 9. I arrived at 11:00 to decorated tables, display the prizes etc for 11:30 start. No tables were set up but they said we could use a booth and a large table by the lounge seating area. This only amounted to about 13 seats. I reminded the waitress we had 25 people coming and she moved another small table over. Again, not enough seats. I reminded her again of the number and she moved another table.
