Poor service.... Again..... Staff inattentive to customers...... Saw many customers come in and then leave due to no one waiting on them..... We sat at bar and still had trouble getting service.... Place not very busy and most of wait staff was standing around on other side of bar..... This is 3rd and final visit due to same issues..... Apparently, Very poor management and extremely poor staff training and oversight.....
Was here yesterday on the patio & it took 20 minutes to b acknowledged....this was our 2nd time out on the patio and the service literally sucks! Food, drink, & atmosphere great, but they wont b in buisness long if they dont step up there game on the service.
The place was clean and the workers were very nice. The food was awesome. The environment was great, there were people from all over so no one felt out of place. Our server was very good and very attentive to our needs. The wait for our drinks was a bit long but they were very busy. Over all I would go back. Great job guys!!!
1. Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged 2. Took another 5 minutes for water and when I didn't order an alcoholic drink bartender was a bit rude and I explained I was looking over the drink menu. 3. Ordered house salad with ranch and potstickers. When my food came out my salad had house dressing and said I asked for ranch and she said well I can go get you some. NO! Not what I asked for and I guess she didn't realize she messed up???Potstickers were nasty all around. Horrible first experience will never be back. Should have gone... read more
Loved the pineapple sangria, wonder environment, the patio was peaceful
This establishment has the worst service ever. After waiting an hour on a burger & fries...they gave me food that was cold. The manager didn't offer a sincere apology which pissed me off even more. Yes, I requested a refund & I will never patronize Bar Louie agaain ever in life.

It took way too long to get service and you need to work on the promotions because you are falsely advertising. No where on the fine print does it say that when you text 'Charles' to '52052' that you have to wait over 24 hours
Fantastic food & atmosphere! Trying the calamari!!
Really good service & great food! Tried 2 different Sangrias- pineapple/watermelon & the strawberry/lemonade! Both were very good! Yum!!
